Centralization - the OraBANK integrated banking information system is built on a centralized principle, which allows for easier management, access rights to functions and data, and easier improvement and change of the system's operation if necessary. The centralized principle of the system reduces the requirements for equipment in places and allows for flexible and easy management of the bank's hierarchical structure. Additionally, the need for specialized staff at locations is reduced, as the operations performed to service the system (beginning, end of day, archiving, etc.) are performed only in the Bank's Central Office. The level of operational security of the bank's information system is increased, as the centralized server of the system is equipped with reliable devices to ensure the functionality of the hardware, and the used OraBANK Client applications in places do not store operational data. In case of interruption of the power supply or communication connection, the system is protected against data loss.

Flexibility - The OraBANK system consists of specialized modules with means of integration according to the needs of users, which allows for quick and easy transformation or expansion of the financial services offered by the Bank. The OraBANK system is built on a modular principle, which allows for easier management of the system's functions and improved investment planning. If necessary, any new module in the banking system can be easily added at any point, preserving the common processing logic and unified data management. Each installed module can be used by all users in the Bank's ecosystem, and the responsible employees in the Bank's Central Management can manage individual or group access to the functions and data of the modules. The employees of the Bank's divisions, responsible for the relevant sectors in the division, have the opportunity to analyse the activity of their structure (within the Bank's division) through the reference functions of the module, which increases the possibility of control and evaluation of each specific activity. The modular principle on which the system is built facilitates the integration (through the development of appropriate data interfaces) of the OraBANK system with other systems operating in the Bank.

Integrity - The OraBANK system offers unity between the systems in all divisions and units of the Bank, avoiding multiple data entry. The system reduces the possibility of inaccuracies, incorrect calculations and wrong accounting operations through operational and accounting methodology standardized by the Bank's management, which users are compelled to follow. Regardless of its modular construction principle, the OraBANK system is an integrated system. The integrated principle is implemented with the following attributes uniform for all modules: service procedures (beginning and end of the day, archiving, currency revaluation, etc.), common parameters (exchange rates, interest rates, etc.) and common data registers, in which data from the modules is integrated. The integrated data of the system allows a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the Bank's activity through the dedicated analytical level, regardless of the fact that the data is created and processed through different modules of the system. The possibility of a general analysis of the parameters of the activity increases the efficiency and competitiveness of the operational management of the Bank.

Security - The OraBANK system has a well-developed security system, which defines the individual and group rights of each user in the Bank's system. Restrictions can easily be changed and controlled by information system administrators.

Log file – The system's logical architecture, built on the basis of input/output queues, not only significantly reduces hardware requirements, but also provides a natural mechanism by which any action or operation allowed to the user is recorded in a complete log of requests sent to the system, which can be easily monitored preventively or subsequently. A similar log is maintained for responses to queries sent, including information extracted from the database when a request is made to produce a reference form.

Individuality - The OraBANK system, regardless of its universal architecture, contains all the individual features, requirements and advantages of the banking technology implemented in the Bank. The SYS Consulting Ltd. team has worked for many years and successfully with various banks and knows the nature of a significant number of individual banking information technologies, which allows us to quickly and successfully incorporate the specifics of any particular methodology into the OraBANK system. The presence of the mentioned specific features in the OraBANK system and the possibility of continuous improvement of the system by developers defines the offered system as one that is custom-made for the Bank.

Accessibility - The OraBANK system is based on affordable system technologies, ensuring cross-platform portability, application scalability, and ease of compatibility and operation. A key requirement in building complex information solutions is the ability to leverage data stored in a specific system with the tools of other information systems or standard data analysis tools. In this aspect, the OraBANK system is characterised by a high degree of openness to other systems. The OraBANK system is built with the RDBMS Oracle tools and has all the standard data access capabilities. The means of access can be standard report generators (e.g. Crystal Reports, Oracle Reports) or any other information system with standard RDBMS Oracle data access capability (ODBC or API). In order to use OraBANK data through other systems, appropriate permissions must be defined in advance (by the Bank's system administrator) through the Bank's information system security.
