Consulting & Implementation services:


During the implementation of systems that deploy SYS Consulting software products, the company renders assistance to its customers in the following:


  • Analysis of the special features and requirements of customers’ business with regard to the particular implemention project.


  • Customization of the software solution according to client’s business practice.


  • Data migration from the existing information systems.


  • Training of client’s personnel for optimal operation of the implemented solutions.


Support services


  • To maintain and support the information systems after the implementation and acceptance phase,  Sys Consulting provides, under contract:


  • Consultation by phone (Help Desk support) for all matters related to systems support and use.


  • On site support, delivered at the customer’s premises – with a response time per agreement (SLA).


  • New version of software, as they become available,  at no extra cost to the customers.  New version include all new regulatory requirements that need to be introduced in the systems.
